Guests will be able to start with baguette filled with grilled vegetables, tomato and olives, followed by fruit scones with jam and non-dairy spread plus mini-rhubarb and ginger crumble pots and 'billionaire bars' covered in salted toffee and chocolate ganache.
Zoe West, corporate outreach manager for Veganuary - a UK non-profit organization that encourages people to go vegan for the month of January - said: "We're delighted Cafe Rouge has risen to this challenge - helping people to live more lightly on earth while still eating food they love."
