Police are hunting a man who attacked and robbed his victim who was depositing cash at Langley's Barclays Bank.

They have released a CCTV image of a man they would like to speak to in connection with the incident, which happened on Monday, February 3 between 11.30am and 11.40am.

The audacious assault happened at the Clayton Parade branch of the bank as a man in his fifties was depositing a large amount of cash.

He was pushed over by his attacker who tried to grab the envelopes containing the cash.

Another customer intervened to help the victim and the robber escaped with a small amount of money. No-one was injured.

Investigating officer Detective Constable Isabelle Harvey, based at Slough police station said: “I believe the man in these images may have vital information that will help the investigation.
