Robbers struck at the Co-op store in Cox Green Lane, Maidenhead on Thursday last week.
The two men entered the store at 9.50pm, threatening staff and customers and taking cash and cigarettes from the tills.
No-one was hurt.
The offenders were both men and they both wore black face coverings. One of is around 6ft 2ins tall and was wearing a black and grey hooded top and black cargo bottoms.
The other man is around 5ft 9ins tall and was wearing a blue hooded top with a green jacket and black trousers.
Police have released CCTV images of two men they want to speak to.
