Here is a list of planning applications that were refused last week by Wycombe District Council.
Marlow Bottom Road, Marlow
This household submitted plans to construct a car port and crossover.
The application also highlighted plans to alter the existing porch, as well as adding a side and rear box dormer extension to the existing roof structure.
Marlswood, Ellesborough Road, Butlers Cross
The demolition of an existing dwelling and construction of single replacement dwelling was declined.
New Road, Tylers Green
Following the demolition of the existing house on the site, plans to erect two semi-detached properties and a detached car-port were turned down.
Darracott Coombe Lane, Naphill
The homeowners had applied build a new single storey rear extension, complete with a hip to gable roof extension and roof alterations.
The plans also included two new dormer windows on the front and one at the back of the property, in connection with a lift conversion and relocation of the existing garage.
Carrington Road, High Wycombe
Plans for a side extension to existing garage and creation of first floor storage was rejected.
Main Road, Naphill
Plans had been submitted to convert a barn/garage to a new four bedroom property as well as forming new access and a driveway to serve the property.
This was turned down.
Southfield Road, High Wycombe
Planning officers turned down plans to erect a single storey rear extension on the site.
