The body of a man retrieved from the river at Datchet yesterday afternoon is believed to be that of Ian Flitter, who was reported missing on January 15.
Although it has yet to be formally identified Mr Flitter's family have been informed and are being supported by officers.
The death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious, and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
