ALMOST 3,000 runners took part in this year's Wokingham Half Marathon, braving the windy weather to compete and have fun.
The race was held on Sunday 23, with people of all ages and abilities enjoying the 'rural and scenic' run.
Competitors took to the streets around Wokingham, going as far north as Hurst before looping back around and finishing in Cantley Park.
The occasion also featured the chance for youngsters and those looking for a lighter run to take part in the 'mini-mile' race.
