House prices across Bucks have risen by an average of £12,989 over the last six months - but a large disparity remains between towns across the county, according to the latest data.

In total, there have been 3,415 sales registered by property website Zoopla in the last six months, with an average sale price of £411,802.

According to the sites average property value, £448,989 is currently the median price for properties in Bucks.

Over the course of the last six months, Beaconsfield is the only town to have an average property sale of over £1,000,000. Chalfont St. Giles has the second highest average sale price (£949,951) with Gerrards Cross (£745,862) having the third highest.

In contrast, Newport Pagnell had the lowest average sale of £364,691, with Milton Keynes (£317,695) and Buckingham (£364,691) having the second and third lowest respectively.
