Ten new homes will be built in High Wycombe, after a proposal to demolish and replace existing properties was signed off by Wycombe District Council.

The current dwellings, located on Coates Lane in High Wycombe, will be demolished in order for two terraces - each with five three-bedroom town houses - to be built.

The new development will mean that creation of a new access point from Tancred Road will have to be built.

Each new property will also include car parking spaces and require landscaping works.
