A planning statement from the applicants read: “The efficient use of the site in terms of layout and siting, as well as the level of soft landscaping proposed would create an attractive and safe residential area which provides an enhancement to the existing site.”

This conversion will create three one person/bed flats, a one person/bed two storey unit and a three person/two bed flat.

The Victorian house is located on 37 Alma Road Windsor.
