STARS of two of the UK’s biggest boybands have teamed up to form a new supergroup - and the duo are coming to High Wycombe this year.

Fans of Boyzone and Westlife - two of the UK’s most successful boybands during the 90s and 00s - will be thrilled to know that their favourite tunes can be heard live once again.

Boyzlife, made up of Brian McFadden from Westlife and Keith Duffy from pop sensation Boyzone, will be bringing their tour to the Wycombe Swan on September 5.

Their specially-adapted theatre production will include many of their greatest hits.

Their catalogue includes a record-breaking 18 number one singles and nine number one albums, with combined record sales of over 60 million.

Between February and March this year, Boyzlife took to the road to embark on what was to be the highly successful part one of the 2020 tour in which they performed a nationwide sell-out tour selling over 35,000 tickets to adoring fans.

Boyband fans can expect to hear songs like World of Our Own, Mandy, Picture of You, Queen of My Heart, My Love, You Raise Me Up, Father and Son, Love Me for a Reason and more.

With Boyzone, Keith enjoyed six UK number one singles, with 16 out of 17 of their first single releases making the top five.

With five number one albums also to their credit, Boyzone achieved worldwide sales of over 25 million.

Boyzone formed in 1993 and enjoyed international fame before disbanding for the first time in 1999. More recently, in 2018, the group held a celebratory 25th anniversary tour and released their final album, titled Thank You & Goodnight.

Brian enjoyed similar success over the years - including 12 UK and Ireland number ones as a member of Westlife, and a record breaking seven top spots in a row.

Westlife formed in 1998 and rose to fame with their debut international self-titled studio album in 1999.

The band also boasts four number 1 albums and over 30 million record sales in total.

Since Westlife, Brian has enjoyed international solo success, including a UK number one with ‘Real to Me’.

The pair - who both hail from Dublin - had a successful tour in December 2017, which, along with the music, included tales of their time in two of Ireland’s biggest acts.

The duo also enjoyed tours abroad, including the Far and Middle East.

The band comes to the Wycombe Swan on Saturday, September 5, at 7.30pm.
