FOLLOWING the latest government announcement that non-essential shops will be allowed to reopen by mid-June, various food and shopping chains have announced that they will be opening stores in the Oracle.

However, for those of you wondering, here's a list of retailers in the Oracle that are expected to be reopening on June 15:

Clothes shops such as House of Fraser, Next, River Island, Topshop/Topman, Miss Selfridge, Fat Face, BOSS, Superdry, Levi's, Sunglass Hut, H&M, Zara, and Moss will be expected to open.

Debenhams however announced that they will not be reopening once lockdown further loosens, as their current space is to be taken over by a Next 'beauty hall'.

Outdoor markets will be open to sell any items from June 1, and all retailers will be allowed to trade from June 15, however all stores are required to have provisions of social distancing measures, such as perspex screens at tills, and floor markings to indicate the necessary 2m distance apart for all people inside stores.

Certain stores will also require PPE equipment to be used by members of staff.
