Thieves stole a Nissan Micra after breaking into a house and snatching some car keys in High Wycombe.
Anyone with doorbell camera footage or house CCTV is being urged to come forward following the burglary in Rennie Close overnight on July 5.
Between 8.30pm on Sunday and 7.30am on Monday (July 6), car keys were stolen from the house and then used to take a dark green Nissan Micra.
The Micra has since been recovered.
Police think a grey Ford hatchback may have been involved in the burglary.
Two men have been arrested in connection with the apparent burglary - a 34-year-old and a 36-year-old, both from High Wycombe.
They are still in police custody.
