An appeal to track a man wanted in connection with an aggravated burglary in Slough has been launched.

19-year-old James Devlin, of Lumbertubs Lane, Northampton, is wanted in connection with the aggravated burglary that took place at around 8.55pm on 17 November 2019, in Bradley Road, Slough.

A man and a woman in their seventies were threatened at knifepoint and were demanded to hand over gold an money.

Nothing was taken from the address and the victims were not injured.

Devlin is a white man, approximately 5ft 8ins tall and of slim build. He has brown eyes, short brown hair, is typically clean shaven and speaks with an Irish accent. 

He is also known to frequent Northampton and London.

In connection with this investigation, Patrick Cassidy, aged 24, of Stanborough Avenue, Borehamwood, was convicted of aggravated burglary on 17 June at Reading Crown Court.

He has been remanded in custody for sentencing on a date yet to be set.

Investigating officer, Detective Constable Ben Walker-Hall, based at Slough police station, said: “We are appealing for the public’s help in tracing Devlin, who is wanted in connection with this aggravated burglary in Slough.
