The Centre in Farnham Road, Slough, is inviting locals to take part in a charity workout this Friday and raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The leisure facility which is managed by sports and leisure operator Everyone Active in partnership with Slough Borough Council is hosting a charity Body Pump group exercise session to mark the charity’s annual Coffee Morning fundraising event.

The socially-distanced Body Pump session will take place in the sports hall at 1pm. The class will cost £3 per person with all proceeds donated to Macmillan.
Daniel Healy, general manager at The Centre, said: “We decided to support the Coffee Morning event a bit differently this year to make sure we could hold a socially-distant event that would be safe for everyone taking part.
“The charity Body Pump session offers a fantastic opportunity to do something to benefit both yourself and others by getting active and raising money for a great cause.
“The event will be slightly on theme too with a free tea or coffee to take away after the session for all attendees. Fitness, fundraising and a freebie, don’t miss out!”
