AN ATTACK on a driver in Slough has led to police seeking witnesses.

It was reported to police that, on Tuesday, October 27, a man in his fifties was driving out of the service road onto Meadfield Road, next to the My Choice Chicken Shop.

IT was at this point when a black Volkswagen van blocked the victim's way, exited the van, and proceeded to punch and headbutt the victim.

The attacker then fled, driving down Meadfield Road.

The victim, of which him and the offender are believed to be known to one another, received a cut above the eyebrow and bruising to his finger. HE did not require hospital treatment.

Since the attack, a 50-year-old man from Slough has been arrested in connection to this incident and has been bailed until November 24.

Investigating officer PC Katie Ducker, based at Slough police station, said: “I am appealing to anyone who has any information about this incident to come forward.
