A teenage boy was threatened with a machete by a man who tried to steal his bike.
On November 19, the teenager was in Jo Jos takeaway on Farnham Road in Slough when he saw a man outside trying to take his bicycle.
The boy chased after the man and stopped him - but he was threatened with a machete by the robber.
Fortunately the boy, who was not injured, managed to get his bike back and the man fled towards the Texaco garage.
The robber was described as a black man in his late teens to early twenties, around 6ft tall and of slim build.
He was wearing a navy blue and grey hooded top with the hood up, black tracksuit bottoms and black shoes.
PC Thomas Zecca, based at Slough police station said: “If you witnessed this incident, or saw the man matching the description in the area at the time or have any information, please get in touch.
“You can make a report online or by calling 101 and quoting reference 43200384942.
