A 13-year-old girl was hit and spat at in an attempted robbery in Slough.
At around 3.20pm on Thursday, January 21, the girl was on her mobile at a bus stop in the High Street in Chalvey, when she was approached by a group of girls.

One of the girls was verbally abusive towards the 13-year-old, who lunged at her and attempted to grab her phone.
The teenager was able to loosen the grip of the culprit, before another member of the group spat and then hit her.
The girl who attempted to snatch the phone is described as being white with a tanned complexion and is aged approximately 10 to 11-years-old.
She is approximately five feet tall with dark brown hair tied in a ponytail.

She was wearing a long-sleeved blue top that had stars on, dark blue jeans, and light pink shoes.
The girl who spat at the victim is described as white, is around 12-years-old, five foot two inches, with long messy hair.
She was wearing a long grey coat which was zipped up.
Two other girls with the offenders were wearing green hooded jackets with the hoods up.

Thames Valley Police said: “Anyone with any information about the incident should contact the non-emergency number 101 or make a report online quoting the reference 43210027724.
“Alternatively, you can call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
