Looking for love is no exception for one man born in Slough who appeared on our TV screens last night.
Channel 4 aired their first episode of Season 6 of the First Dates Hotel where Tony was looking for love.
The 79-year-old who lives in Highwood, Essex revealed his post-war upbringing where he was born in Slough.
He flew all the way to the Aquapetra Resort and Spa in Telese, about an hour’s drive from Naples in Italy to find love.
The Channel 4 dating show was originally filmed at Le Vieux Castillon in France, but the team switched to the new location after the first season.

First Dates Hotel staff includes original staff members Fred, CiCi, Grant and Merlin.
In last nights episode (Wednesday, March 24), Tony was seen paired with the glamorous Lesley, a fellow East Ender.
After Tony expressed his support for Nigel Farage, Lesley decided their differing political opinions would be too much and they'd end up 'rowing' if they were together.

First Dates Hotel airs every Wednesday on Channel 4 at 9pm.
