A man is due to appear in court tomorrow for being in possession of an air pistol despite being banned.
Joshua Spindlow, of Dedworth Road, Windsor, was found in possession of a firearm, namely a 177 inch Beeman P17 air gun in Windsor on April 16 last year.

The 21 year old was convicted on Thursday, March 11, at a hearing at Berkshire Magistrates Court in Slough.
Spindlow was found guilty of being in possession of the weapon despite being subject to an order banning him from owning such firearms for five years.

The Windsor resident is expected to be sentenced at the same court tomorrow.
