FIFTEEN people in Berkshire tested positive for coronavirus in the last 24 hours, the latest figures show.
Public Health England has recorded 15 new lab-confirmed cases in the past 24 hours, in areas including Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, West Berkshire, Slough and Windsor and Maidenhead.

These figures, correct as of Sunday, May 9, at 4pm.
The local breakdown for the past 24 hours as follows:
Reading - 1 cases, 10,978 total
Bracknell Forest - 1 cases, 7,113 total
Wokingham - 2 cases, 8,274 total
West Berkshire - 4 cases, 6,436 total
Slough - 6 cases, 15,594 total
Windsor and Maidenhead - 1 cases, 8,541 total
There have now been 4,434,860 people across the UK who have tested positive for Covid-19 - a daily increase of 1,770.

The government said a further two people have died having tested positive for Covid-19. The total number of deaths in England is 127,605.

Reading - 25.3 (Compared to 27.2 on April 28)
Bracknell Forest - 16.3 (Compared to 13.9 on April 28)
Wokingham - 11.1 (Compared to 19.9 on April 28)

In today's national Covid news:
A third of adults in England have now had both doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, NHS England said.
A total of 44,449,424 Covid-19 vaccinations took place in England between December 8 and May 8, according to NHS England data, including first and second doses, which is a rise of 541,513 on the previous day.
NHS England said 29,578,216 were the first dose of a vaccine, a rise of 137,003 on the previous day, while 14,871,208 were a second dose, an increase of 404,510.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson tweeted: “One third of adults in the UK have now had their second dose of the Covid vaccine, a testament to the extraordinary efforts of NHS staff and volunteers.
