A Slough school has been nominated for a prestigious award.

Khalsa Primary School in Slough has been nominated for the Primary School of the Year award 2021 in the upcoming Tes Schools Awards 2021. 

The Tes Awards recognise schools that have achieved exceptional performance levels annually.

  • Halewood CofE Primary Academy, Merseyside
  • Handforth Grange Primary School, Cheshire
  • Khalsa Primary School, Berkshire
  • Laxey / Dhoon School, Isle of Man
  • Lea Forest Primary Academy, West Midlands
  • Little Sutton Primary School, West Midlands
  • St Aloysius Primary Federation, Tyne and Wear

The winners will be announced on Friday, June 25.  As it was last year, the awards ceremony will be held virtually. 

Mr Raminder Singh Vig, Executive Principal at Khalsa Primary School said: “What a wonderful achievement and the credit goes to the fantastic teachers, parents, governors, the LEA and the fantastic children.
