A DRIVER who "provided false details" to police later "admitted to having no insurance and no driving licence".
Thames Valley Police Roads Policing tweeted in the early hours of this morning to explain officers had stopped a car in Maidenhead.
The force said its ANPR equipment alerted them to a driver on the A404.

The tweet said: "The driver provided false details but with a change of heart he later admitted to having #noinsurance and no driving licence."
The vehicle was recovered by police and the driver was reported to court.
