Hay fever sufferers are likely to have another uncomfortable week this week.
The latest forecast released by the Met Office for London and the South East of England shows pollen levels are to remain high this week.
The weather forecaster combines Met Office weather data with expertise from organisations such as the National Pollen and Aerobiological Unit to produce pollen forecasts for five days.

In our area, 'very high' levels of pollen have been forecast today, tomorrow and on Wednesday according to the Met Office's five-day forecast.
This level is expected to drop to 'high' on both Thursday and Friday.

Grass pollen now in peak season.
The Met Office say that there is currently lots of weed pollen, mainly nettle.
