THREE children are being hunted by police after a woman was mocked for her ethnicity in Slough.

Thames Valley Police said the hate crime took place in Kedermister Park on Saturday, June 19.

A woman was walking with her child through the park about 8.30pm when she was approached by the young trio.

Police said the three offenders, believed to be between aged 11 and 15, started mocking the woman regarding her ethnic background.

The force said the racially aggravated public order offence is being treated as a hate crime.

The first offender is described as a girl aged between 11-15 years old. She was wearing a camouflage top and black leggings.

The second offender is also described as a girl aged between 11-15. She was wearing a white, long-sleeved top, black leggings and black shoes.

The third offender is described as a boy aged 11. He was dressed all in black.

Investigating officer Police Constable Oscar Blunt of the Incident & Crime Response Team at Slough police station said: "Hate crimes come in different forms but whatever form it comes in, Thames Valley Police will take it seriously."

He added: "We will not tolerate hate crime within our communities. Reporting any information to us means we can take positive steps and help to prevent it from happening to someone else.

“With your help, we can tackle those responsible and keep our communities safe."
