Plans to convert former offices in Slough into new flats have been granted planning permission.

Developers had submitted a plan to convert Churchill Place on 1 London Road in Slough, into 28 new flats. 

The works at Churchill House will involve changing the use of the entire building from offices to residential properties.

18 of the new flats will be one-bedroom properties, seven will be two-bedroom properties and the remaining three will be three-bedroom properties.

Any external works required will be the subject of separate planning applications.

Vehicular access into the site will remain via Langley Road, to the north of the site.

46 parking spaces will be provided, located within the existing surface car park to the building.

A sheltered bike store will provide 30 cycle spaces.

To the north of this will be a communal bin store to serve the development.
