A “dangerous” BMW driver fled the scene of a crash involving another car near High Wycombe.

Daniel King, 22, of Castle Street in High Wycombe, was caught driving dangerously on the M40 near High Wycombe before he was involved in a crash on A4010 John Hall Way on January 23.

Instead of stopping and staying at the scene of the crash, which involved another BMW, King left the area.

Appearing at Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on July 2, King pleaded guilty to driving a motor vehicle dangerously and failing to stop after a road accident.

He also admitted to driving while disqualified, driving without insurance and resisting a constable in the execution of their duty.

It is not clear how serious the collision was, but the other car was damaged in the crash.

Following his guilty pleas, King is due to be sentenced at Aylesbury Crown Court. The date and time of the hearing is yet to be decided.
