A barbers in Windsor could become a new restaurant and takeaway, should plans be given permission by the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.
Developers have a certificate of lawfulness to determine whether the proposed change of use to restaurant and takeaway from a barber shop is lawful.
The site is located at 280a Dedworth Road in Windsor and is currently operating as Aria Hair.
Arguing why the plan should be approved, developers said: "Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, small businesses has suffered badly.
"Currently the premises is used as a barber shop and is struggling to cover the costs.
"There is an opportunity to convert the building into a food restaurant and take away to make a living."
No specific details on the cuisine have been revealed, but the owners plan to open the new restaurant from 11:00 - 23:00, seven days a week.
