A NEW botanical-themed restaurant has thrown open its doors to diners in Windsor.
The aptly named Leaf restaurant has opened up as part of the Castle Hotel Windsor in High Street.
It comes as part of a full redesign of the downstairs area of the hotel and launched to the public last month.
First look pictures reveal the botanical outside dining area with wooden pergolas stretching throughout, many decorated with plants and wisteria details.
Inside, pictures show the redesign has included a super plush interior oozing luxury while continuing the botanical theme throughout.
Described as a 'dining destination', the new eatery bids to bring the outside in with both indoor and outdoor dining areas bursting with plant and flowery features.
The restaurant is offering a range of 'luxury' and 'indulgent' dishes from brunch to a la carte options including smoothies, grilled octopus, and seared scallops - plus plenty of cocktails for diners to try.
Owners say sustainability is at the heart of its menu with seasonal ingredients sourced locally near Windsor wherever possible to reduce food miles.
