A driver from Slough couldn't remember a basic fact about his brother while attempting to avoid a police fine on Tuesday evening.

After being stopped in Slough for driving without insurance, the man pretended to be his brother who is insured on the car - but he couldn't remember their birthday.

He will receive a £300 fine and six points on his licence, according to Thames Valley Police.
