Police brought two stolen vans operated by drug drivers to a stop using a form of road spike on Thursday.
Neither driver had a licence and were using fake plates to conceal the fact the vans were stolen from police forces in Surrey and Hertfordshire.
Officers saw the vehicles in convoy exiting the M4 at junction 8/9, near Slough, in the early hours of the morning.

Thames Valley Police followed them alongside a firearms and dogs unit onto the M40, before stopping them using a stop-stick, a form of stinger which deflates tyres, and a box, a maneuver where police cars contain and slow the offending drivers.
Both drivers tested positive for drugs, one for cocaine, and were arrested for stealing the vans, drug driving, no insurance and no licence.

Police say both linked to several thefts and burglaries across Thames valley, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Surrey.
