A fly-tipper who was caught in the act has been fined more than £2,000.

Rahul Mane, aged 42, was caught dumping waste including a mattress, a child’s car seat and several bin bags full of general waste in Crow Piece Lane, Burnham.

Unfortunately for him, the offender was caught on surveillance camera dumping the waste on April 1, revealing his face and car licence plate to the authorities.

Mane, of Melford Road in Slough, was taken to court by Bucks Council and was fined £2,138 on Wednesday 22 December for dumping waste unlawfully.
