SUGGESTIONS came flooding in when we asked readers on our Facebook page what they would improve about Slough.

With over 100 comments from residents, we received a lot of thoughts on getting better shops in the high street.

And others shared their opinions on potholes, cycle and bus lanes and pubs.

Here were some of our readers thoughts:

Jane Holder said: “The high street. Nothing would give me more pleasure than to be able to shop in Slough once again. Also, get some nice pubs in the high street, only a few years ago you could go into Slough for a good night out.”

Basilah Rani added: “The shopping centre, need more shops.”
