DAME Mary Berry will on the judging panel for the Platinum Jubilees’ Pudding Competition this year.
Department store Fortnum and Mason is inviting bakers to invent a special pudding to mark the Queen's 75 years as Monarch.
And the creator of the winning dessert will be invited to be at the centre of the celebrations.

Other judges include executive pastry chef at Fortnum and Mason, Roger Pizey, food writer Jane Dunn, TV presenter Liam Charles, Matt Adlard, Mark Flanagan, Monica Galetti and Regula Ysewijn.
The final date for entry is February 4 ahead of round one judging on February 7.
After that, 30 to 40 entries will then be looked at by each judge from February 14.
From that, each judge will nominate their top three entries.

The top fiver bakers in round three of the judging process will be selected from February 21.
And on March 14, the five finalists will be invited to attend the live final.
