THE most expensive streets with SL postcodes over the last five years have been revealed, a study shows.

Home sales company Property Solvers gathered sold house price data from 2016 across SL postcodes from HM Land Registry.

And research found West Drive, Fishers Wood and Drift Road were the top three streets with the highest average amount a property has sold.

On West Drive, Ascot, four properties sold for an average of £5,411,250.

And on Fishers Wood, Ascot, four properties sold for an average of £4,803,750.

Drift Road, Winkfield, also saw three properties sell for an average of £4,191,666.

Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Titlarks Hill sold for £21,000,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £112,100 and under on The Green, Furzen Close and Blair Road.”
