A RARE autograph book signed by The Beatles at a gig in Slough is set to be up for auction.
The band signed the book when they did a concert at The Adelphi, in Slough, on November 5 in 1963, where they played for the second time that year.
Dawsons, on Clivemont Road, Maidenhead, will present the special item through its online auction on Thursday, February 17 at 9.30am.

As well as The Beatles, the book also features further signatures including Charlie Watts of the Rolling Stones, Dusty Springfield, Julie Grant, Peter Asher, Phil May, of The Pretty Things, Brian Hyland, Tony Jackson and John McNally from The Searchers.
Peter Mason, saleroom manager at Dawsons, said he is expecting the book to have a lot of interest on the day.
He said: “I think we’ll have interest from all over the world, it’s been around 60 years now and the band is still very much sought-after especially following the recent documentary on them.”
The series, The Beatles: Get Back, released on Disney+, is a three-part documentary from Peter Jackson following the bands music history.
The book is estimated to be worth between £3,500 and £4,500, and Mr Mason said he thinks it will go for the higher price.
He said autograph books like this only come around three or four times a year in the auction world.

Mr Mason added: “Normally we get later samples to auction, and when this was signed by The Beatles in 1963 they were quite well-known in the UK at this point but they hadn’t quite broken out worldwide yet.”
A viewing open day at the auction house are available for those who are interested on Wednesday, February 16, from 10am to 5pm.
