One reviewer said: "Beautiful deco, polite staff, desserts look quality on display, great variety to choose from whatever tickles your fancy. I had a freakshake which I demolished!"

Another said: "I really enjoyed my experience here. I went with my beautiful children and wife and they thoroughly enjoyed the desserts. The lovely man named Kashif served us and we had a lovely chat. He is a great worker and is a credit to the franchise. Will be returning."

2. Dum Dum Donutterie Windsor

One Google review said: "Lovely atmosphere, top quality donuts (and cronuts!) run by fantastic people."

Another one said: "If you are in Windsor, this is the place to go for a sweet treat! Stopped there before catching a train, conveniently located right in the station. Grabbed a donut box and sat in to eat them, very glad we did because the server was so friendly and we had a great chat. Has lots of vegan options including milk alternatives for coffee. Lovely atmosphere, top quality donuts (and cronuts!) run by fantastic people. Excellent overall."

4. Dr Choc's Windsor Chocolate Factory and Cafe

HOT waffles and lots of chocolatey goodness can be found inside Dr Choc's Windsor Chocolate Factory and Cafe, the world's smallest chocolate factory!

Situated opposite Windsor Castle, one Google review said if you ever visit Windsor, you should stop by here.

A customer said: "A fabulous experience for all ages. The chocolate making workshop was super fun, engaging and lifted our moods. I highly recommend. Very positive, good fun, great tasting chocolate and smiles all around. Everyone left happy!"

5. Patisserie Valerie - Windsor

One Google reviewer said: "I had a gift voucher for an afternoon tea and I was super surprised with how lovely this one was! The cakes were sponge, but also mousse like a desert. The tea was made with tea leaves, the sandwiches were a nice mix of meat and veg options, but simple to prevent them being unwanted. The scones came out warm, with enough cream to share. I would definitely come again!"

And another said: "Excellent service at the Windsor branch very nice food and great coffee."
