AN ANTI-POLLUTION billboard has been put up at Slough Trading Estate.

SEGRO has erected new advertising hoarding outside the estate to help reduce pollution levels.

The company has installed special pollution absorbing billboards, which are coated in air-purifying resin and use sunlight to turn emissions into clean air.

Nick Hughes, director of marketing and communications, said: “Innovation will play a key role in our transition to a low carbon economy and in addition to the game-changing sustainability initiatives, it’s important we also embrace smaller ideas, such as these green billboard inks, which when added together can still make a meaningful difference for our future.”
