EASTER eggs were delivered to many vulnerable residents across Slough over the bank holiday weekend.

Slough Outreach, a service which supports those in need, received many donations from businesses and residents so the team could give out chocolate eggs to the less fortunate individuals in the community.

Donations flooded in from Kinnarps in Langley, The Swan At Iver, Nuffield Health, in Stoke Poges, and Tommy Slatter and his family.

Shin Dhother, founder of Slough Outreach, said: “It was a busy bank holiday weekend.

“We enjoyed delivering the Easter eggs to the less fortunate residents with the emergency outreach food parcels and giving them out to everyone at our outreach sessions on the high street."

Mr Dhother added it feels good seeing the smiles on the faces of the friends they serve.

He said: “We love helping and supporting people in need and we only do this with all the generous support we have from the kind and caring people in the community.”
