A Maidenhead police officer has been accused of inappropriately touching his colleague.
PC Hafeez Javeed will appear before a police misconduct panel between June 6 and June 8 after it was alleged he breached professional behaviour standards.
This comes following an incident on August 11, 2020, while PC Javeed was on duty.
According to a police report, the officer “touched a [female] member of staff without her consent.”
If the allegation is proven by the misconduct panel, PC Javeed’s behaviour would amount to gross misconduct.
This means he could be sacked and banned from working as a police officer again.
