THE A&E department at Wexham Park Hospital is reported to be 'extremely busy' today (July 9).
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has issued a warning to patients and visitors to only attend A&E in a 'genuine emergency'.
It has stated people should seek urgent care and treatment for minor injuries via NHS 111, GPs, urgent care centres or pharmacies.
The NHS Trust also runs Frimley Park, in Frimley,ย and Heatherwood Hospital, in Ascot.
The Trust tweeted this morning at 10.40am to let people know the department is seeing a high demand of patients.
