LEGOLAND is set to reopen its hotel following a fire outside the premises last weekend.
The resort hotel has confirmed it will reopen today (August 4) following a temporary closure.
The fire, which was isolated to the front exterior of the hotel only, happened on Sunday, July 31 at 3.35pm.

LEGOLAND explained the hotel was immediately evacuated and all guests and staff are safe and well.
A statement from LEGOLAND said: “The LEGOLAND hotel is currently temporarily closed whilst the necessary assessments and remediation works are undertaken and is set to reopen on Thursday 4 August.
“All guests who were due to stay have been given the option to have a full refund or offered complimentary alternative accommodation.”

Hotel staff said visitors will still be able to visit the theme park with their tickets if they wish and the Castle Hotel, which is adjacent, is open.
LEGOLAND added: “We apologise to our guests for the inconvenience and would like to thank them for their patience whilst we assist everyone with rearranging their bookings.”
