AN EXCITING new addition has launched at a children’s soft play area in Slough.

Teddy’s Playtown, located in the Observatory Shopping Centre, welcomed families to its new role play centre, suitable for children aged one to 11.

It features a fire station, a petrol station, a construction area, a princess castle, café, dry cleaners and a supermarket.

The soft play area, which opened in August 2021, offers entertained for kids while adults can enjoy some food and drink in its café.

The children will be using their imagination as they explore the different role play stations.

Director Anju Pawar said: "We have had a fantastic response since launching the newly built Role Play centre at Teddy’s.

"Customer feedback has been incredible in particular, parents are excited as children have throughly enjoyed the new role play.

"We are now leading a sub group for the Association of Indoor Play highlighting the benefits of role play in development and learning for children."

She added Teddy's Playtown birthday parties have also been a major success since it opened.

She said: "We have plenty of new attractions that we will be adding and have several major events planned this year such as a Halloween Monsters Ball, Diwali Party and Santa at Christmas."
