19 rough sleepers were identified in Slough during an exercise in partnership with outreach programmes and a local homelessness charity.
A post on social media by TVP Slough said that PCSO Ricky Speight-Dewar and PCSO Rory Lee visited hotspots across the town offering support to the homeless.
The community officers were joined by the Outreach Team & SHOC (Slough Homeless Our Concern) to offer advice and support during the Rough Sleeper Street Count.

Homelessness has been a big issue throughout Berkshire and the rest of the UK.
Despite a national increase in spending for local councils, it has been found that Windsor and Maidenhead council have spent less on housing homeless people in temporary accommodation.
Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities figures shows Windsor and Maidenhead council spent a total of £5.1 million on temporary homeless housing in the year to March, down from £7.3 million the year before.
