Mussa was due to stand trial but pleaded guilty instead to one charge of murder yesterday (May 31), he will be sentenced at a later date.

The fifth man, Almallah, is said to have fled jurisdiction.

Another defendant, Yakoub Tarafi, 18, is also on trial charged with assisting an offender post murder.

There is another final defendant, Mohamed Abduelle, who the prosecution believe had a hand in planning the attack who has been charged but will stand trial seperately.

He attempting to flea by heading to Holland but was eventually extradited and charged.

It is alleged that prior to the ‘planned attack’, the defendants stole a black VW Gold on September 4 from a drive in High Wycombe.

Mr Shaw said a false cloned set of number plates were placed on the vehicle ahead of the incident the following month.

Nur is alleged to have searched the internet for false plates and contacted a ‘criminal associate to do the cloning.

Following the attack on Mr Lee, the stolen vehicle was left abandoned in Stour Close car park in Slough.

Mr Shaw told the jury it appeared the defendants were well known to each other prior to the incident as phone data showed connections between the men before and on the day of the incident.
