A SUSPECTED burglar has been arrested after pretending to be a police officer.
Police were called to Briar Close, Burnham, Buckinghamshire on May 19 after receiving reports of a burglary.
Two men entered the property at around 10.40pm and ransacked the home. Nothing was stolen.
The victim, a woman aged in her 80s, was not injured in the incident.
A 39-year-old man, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Wednesday, May 31 on suspicion of burglary.
The man arrested has been released on conditional police bail while investigations continue
