Assistant coroner Alison McCormick said Mr Jacob’s partner had left the home in Brokesby Road but phoned the police on her return at 12.50pm.
“The emergency services attended and confirmed he had passed away at 12.54pm,” said Ms McCormick. “A search of the house found no suicide note.”
A full inquest has been listed from August 7 at 1pm.
