A DRIVER has been fined after being caught speeding over the 30mph speed limit.
Lewis Donovan, of Grange Way, Iver, was caught on October 28 last year exceeding the 30mph speed limit on the A5 Edgware Road.
The 65-year-old was recorded driving at 39mph and was caught on a speed camera. The speed was caught due to a streetlight placed less than 200 yards away from the camera.

Donovan pleaded guilty and was fined £100. He was also ordered to pay £90 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £40.
His driving licence was also endorsed three penalty points.
