A MAN has been acquitted of indecent assault against a nine-year-old girl in Slough.
Harmony Jabangwe, 44, was charged with five counts of assaulting a girl under the age of 13 between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2018 in Slough.
He was accused of touching her arms, legs, chest and neck over her clothes and squeezing her buttocks under her clothes – and the touching was sexual.

After a trial at Reading Crown Court, he was found not guilty on all charges by a jury on Wednesday (September 6).
Mr Jabangwe, of Revesprun Way, Grimsby, told the jury during his defence that he had not ‘done anything’ to make her think the touching was ‘inappropriate’.
“There was nothing wrong it seemed,” he said. “I didn’t see any part of her body.”
