Slough High Street is reported to be getting sweeter as a dessert chain has announced it is soon to be opening in the town.

Heavenly Desserts are set to bring their signature desserts to the town this month.

With a menu boasting waffles, croffles, crepes, cookie dough, cheesecakes and many more classics, the chain has been opening up and down the country since it was founded in 2008.

Unique to the brand, Heavenly Desserts also has an offering of dessert tapas - including mochi, macarons and tarts.

A Heavenly Desserts spokesperson said: "Slough is about to get sweeter.

"A dessert dining experience is coming this September."

The opening date for the newest addition to Slough High Street is reported to be Friday, September 15.

Residents can already take a look at the menu on Uber Eats - which will be delivering the desserts and drinks in and around Slough.
