The statistics track the moment a property is listed on the UK’s leading property portals to the point it’s marked as officially ‘sold’ at the HM Land Registry.
Typically SL5 (Ascot) postcodes are the fastest to sell, taking 115 days to sell and SL7 (Marlow) 118 days to sell.
Slough postcodes SL1 and SL3 take an estimated 119 days to sell, with SL2 taking 122 days.
This means Slough homes sell faster than those in Windsor and Maidenhead.
Windsor's SL4 postcode tends to see sales finalised at 122 days.
Meanwhile, Maidenhead is the slowest postcode to sell in the area, taking 134 days or nearly four and a half months.
